The Welsh Assembly Government consists of :the First Minister，Welsh Ministers，The Counsel General and，Deputy Ministers.
They are supported by Civil Servants who work across devolved areas that include key areas of public life such as health, education and the environment.
The All-Wales Convention
The purpose of the All Wales Convention is to stimulate a national debate on full law-making powers for the National Assembly for Wales and to assess the levels of support for any future referendum.
